Fireplace Service
He spent several weeks researching the issue, did not keep in contact with us, did not return phone calls, said that he was looking for a new pilot, could not find it then advised us that we burnt out our previous one during hurricane sandy by using it constantly, said this project would cost us 500.00 to replace and that he would have to replace logs too. I called somebody from Angie’s List who was able to relight the pilot and that the first guy left the piping in a dangerous way something wasn’t installed properly, and he did this repair for us for 200.00. He wanted to know who previously installed the fireplace because he wanted us to never use them again. They did not know his way around plumbing.
