It went very well and was completely done in 3 days

Our house looks fantastic. Like brand new. Oliver (Franchise owner) was very nice to work with. His estimate was reasonable and he was easy to talk to about what we wanted and the brand of stain we wanted used. . We had a bit of difficulty with the weather cooperating with needing a power wash and a few days to dry before the staining but they did not try to rush it. Keeping in contact with us periodically,  when the weather finally decided to cooperate, they got the done quickly and efficiently. The painters were very courteous and made sure everything was covered and protected. They were quiet and respectful while they were here. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Hightstown.

The consultation and setting up the date for the painters to come in was seamless.  The provider took pictures of the room beforehand taking care to point out nail poppers and drywall seams that need to be fixed. On painting day the provider showed up on time and did an excellent job. They took special care of protecting the furniture and carpet in the room. When the job was complete they showed me the room to inspect before leaving. I was very satisfied with the job and the overall experience with CertaPro Painters.

Certa Pro Painters of Hightstown were excellent.  Oliver was very attentive to detail, and ensured our new home looked great. 
The Certa crew stayed late on New Years Eve to finish the entire house in 1 day.  Not 1 drop of paint on the floor!
The attention to detail way amazing.  The painters were kind and respectful of the space.  I would use them again for any job.

They have provided excellent service. They had a great financing, so if you're working on a large project, it's very helpful. They also provide consulting to choose colors ahead of the work, and the painters were very professional. They even try fixing some imperfections on wall/ceiling of the builders (Don't buy a Pulte home!).

Kim was responsive and professional. Her team who painted were as well. They didn't quite clean up as well as I had hoped, but I am not sure if my expectations were reasonable. Overall, terrific experience and I would use them again for sure!

The company were prompt in responding, that was one thing I like about them. There were minor details were left out.

It went very well...they met with us first to determine what needed to be done, provided an estimate, worked with us on color choices, performed the work well and on time, and billed accordingly.

The owner, Kim, initially came out to provide us an estimate.  She was extremely cordial and professional.  I have a long commute and she was perfectly willing to accommodate my schedule as I sometimes get home late.  We wanted to hire the right contractor to paint the house since it was such a large job and wanted to go with a "name" like Certa Pro.  We were very pleased that the cost included a meeting with a color consultant.  She was terrific.  She came to the house and helped us to choose colors that were harmonious and which worked throughout the entire home.  
As far as the painting itself, the results were great.  There were a few logistical items that were a bit inconvenient, one of which was that they indicated our family room would be complete on a Tuesday but was not until Friday.  However, that is a minor complaint given the size of the job.  The team she sent over was very nice, and they were very professional and accommodating.  Of course we needed to clean up when they were done, but when they left the house was pretty neat.  I would definitely recommend them.

CertaPro of Hightstown was a fantastic experience. Kim Johnson the franchise owner came in and did a wonderful job explaining the options, helping us pick the proper paints, and setting up the job to meet our needs.  Kim is very personable and caring and approaches the job as if she was having her own house painted.
As expected on the day the job was to start the paint team was here on time.  Bob and Dylan are very talented professionals that have over 40 years of painting experience between them. They did a wonderful job painting and explaining things as they went. Add to that they were both very friendly making for a stress free job. We were very comfortable with both of them.  When you have painters that do not need edging tools or painters tape to do the cutouts, you have real professionals. Bob and Dylan were true professionals.They would also clean up at the end of every painting day.
At the end of the job the paint team, my wife, and myself inspected the job and we were very pleased.  Bob and Dylan did a final full cleanup and left.
Of course a few days later in different sunlight my wife and I found a few areas that needed paint ouch up. We called Kim who immediately came by and agreed to have the areas rectified. Bob and Dylan returned and did another bang up job on those very few areas that needed touch up.  This is the true follow up customer service that is very rare. Kim and her team came back and touched up what we requested. Our paint job came out excellent.  Kim and the painters did one last walk through to insure that we were happy. We were very happy.
I would strongly recommend CertaPro Painters of Hightstown because of the business professionalism that Kim employs, her really good paint team of Bob & Dylan, all of their personalities, and finally the customer service followup that is hard to find these days. I rate this team as A+.

Did an awesome job in three days and I didn't pay until the job was done. Professional all the way!!
