He walked out on the job when he didn't pass the certificate of occupancy. The work was shoddy. The gaps around the window are so big that you can put a finger in the them. The tiles cracked and popped up in the entry room because he didn't level the floor. He left four steps unfinished. He only put up one railing on one side but not one the other. This was one of the reasons he failed the inspection. He was supposed to make a crawl space because of the addition. The opening in the crawls space was not up to code, so that failed inspection as well. He also left one kitchen window unframed. I also failed the inspection because the window at the back entry was not tempered glass. One of the top steps was too high for code. I reported all of this to consumer affairs. They ruled against Breeze Easy and they had to return $1,500. Contractor from hell.
