I'd been getting estimates for outside drainage work, and liked Chris' presentation best. The company is accredited by the BBB and had an "A" rating; other contractors weren't even listed. Just before I contacted him to do the work, workers installing carpet in the basement found seepage in a different area along the foundation under the existing carpet. I immediately contacted Chris, and he came over that afternoon to check out the basement. He was able to schedule the French drain work early the following week, so it wouldn't affect my move-in date. He was also able to do the outside work right after that, and gave me a significant credit, because he didn't have to mobilize his guys to come back a second time. They did all the work in 2 days.
