Debra is the definition of professional! She is friendly and easy to talk to. She is extremely flexible and patient! She took her time with us and made us feel as though we were her only clients! We will be using her again to sell out home in the near future too!

Debra was helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning of the process, before we had the home ready for selling condition, and she was ready a few months afterwards when it came time to prepare for putting on the market. From that point she was responsive and diligent, offering needed assistance coordinating activities since we were now out-of-state at this point. It was pretty clear from the beginning of working with her that she was an experienced representative that knew the central NJ market and that she would be upfront and direct, which ended up making the process easier for all of us. Once our contractors were done painting/repairing, she promptly got the home listed and worked with us quickly on the offers, with a strong offer within days and we were under contract not too long after. As we worked through the usual process the next month and half, Debra continued to be an asset, helping us through with any questions or concerns that came up, along with checking on & keeping a good eye on the house, which ultimately helped lead to the smooth closing on our house. We were very pleased with Debra and highly recommend her!

There were no issues at all while working with Deb. She was always available to speak with me and explain all steps during the selling process. The property needed updating and yet she was able to sell it quickly and at a very good price. It listed early in November and closed early in January. The holiday season is not usually a good time to sell, but Debbie had a very productive Open House immediately and drew a lot if attention to our home. Debra Andriola was a wonderful person to have on our side as we began the complicated business of selling our home.  My wife Patricia and I could not have dreamed going through this business alone.  We found Debra via Angie's List and contacted her well before we actually needed her.  Our situation was just a little different in that we purchased our retirement home in New Hampshire, about a year before we sold our home in New Jersey.  We had plenty of things to think about with owning two houses and Debra helped keep us focused and on track.  She is very knowledgeable and focused, without overthinking our situation.  In fact she was just the calming influence we needed.  I found her easy to contact.  Even when she was busy with  business matters for other clients, she returned calls in a timely manner.  Overall we both felt that we were in good hands and all would turn out fine.  Selling a home in New Jersey can be a daunting endeavour with all the paperwork that is needed.  All the "T's" got crossed and the"i's" dotted, again in a very professional manner.  The advise she offered was straightforward and honest, just like we prefer.  We were really lucky to have found her.

Debbie was wonderful!!! She overcame the MANY challenges my little midget house presented and did the impossible - got me an all-cash, full-price offer from a buyer willing to waive all inspections. She was very professional and focused throughout. All of my questions and concerns were answered promptly. I always felt she had my best interest at heart.

Debbie is extremely, professional and trust worthy. She showed the unit herself on many occasions. When she had other agents show it she always notified me and then followed up.
She was very responsive and engaged. She listed the apartment in various places and was genuinely interested in helping us find the right tenants.
Once we had a potential tenant, Debbie did all the credit and background checks. If I had any questions she was happy to go back and forth until I has my answers.
She also took care of the lease and the walk thru.
Her services were invaluable to me.

As a first time home buyer in United States, I was very cautious in the initial stage of the process. After couple of conversation with Debra, I didn?t feel any pressure or tension in rest of the process. Debra was with me right from day1 until the closing date of my project. Debra knows the process thoroughly and she was very patient in answering all my questions to a greater details. With all her experience, Debra understood the buyer?s concern easily without even have to explain it to her in details. She went an extra mile when it comes to dealing with the seller?s agent or attorney or even in the negotiation process.  Since I do not have any family background or closer friends in this country, I don?t think I could have bought this property without the help of Debra. Debra stood by me like a mother throughout the process and now I am a proud owner of a home. Below are some of the highlights that made me felt that Debra exceeded the expectation in all aspects as a buyer?s agent.
 
1.        Most of my telephonic conversations that I had with Debra was after the regular working hours (after 7pm) and on weekends. She always responded to my call and it surprised me many times.
2.        All my site visits was scheduled upon my convenient timing (mostly weekends). She never delayed or postponed my schedules.
3.        Debra was there at the site for home inspection, Oiltank inspection and been there for multiple times of site visits for the same property.
4.        My project required plenty of communication between us and the sellers. Debra took the proactive initiative in contacting the seller?s agent and took the tension out of me.
 
Definitely, I will recommend Debra to all my friends or to anyone who is looking out to buy or sell a property.

Debra took the time to understand our real estate needs so that she would find just the right match for us when reffereing us to a local agent.  This provided for a very efficient hand off and culminated in us finding the right home in a weeks time.  Debbie was patient and thorough and very effective in finding the right agent for us.

They pretty much met all my requirements. They were in my area so that's why I chose them and it took them about 6 months to find me a house. They were not pushy and they were actually very nice. The lady was very easy going and very helpful.
