Termite and Carpenter Ant specialists! We perform wood destroying insect inspections for real estate transactions. We also perform any wod destroying insect control measures (termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, powder post beetles) and issue the necessary documentation for closings. ARACE also performs our own wood destroying insect damage repair.

We bought a house recently, and the prior owner used this company for termite control, and had a warranty through them. As we renovated the house, about a quarter of the house was infested with termites. I've repeatedly called and left messages and no one answers. The phone number on the contract goes to a cell phone, and the address is a PO BOX. I think this a scam. They probably just collect old people's money and never do any termite control. Not to mention their warranty doesn't cover anything and costs $160. Whatever you do, do not hire these people (if you can get in touch with them anyway).
