Ed and John did a fabulous job on our floors. Ed knew more about flooring, finishing and furniture than I even knew existed. Would recommend to friends and family and are going back for furniture refinishing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Overall, it took about 4 work days to do the living room, dining room and stairs. And it looks great. I got the satin finish; gloss may have looked brighter, but we like it. GENERAL NOTE: you don't want to be staying in your house after the urethane is applied. Visit your relatives; plan a vacation, or stay at a hotel. Nothing any contractor can change; just my personal observation that I wish I would have read about (and planned for) sooner.
