They can not give me an estimate until July 23rd.

The company's response time was immediate. My husband has only one day off during the week and they were easily able to accommodate our scheduling concern. They were precisely on time and replaced the outdoor flood light that we bought exactly as requested. They also replaced ballast and bulbs in a fluorescent fixture. They even had a new motion light in their truck that handled another problem that we were having. The parts they supplied were reasonable in cost. We were quoted a per hour labor charge and they stuck to it exactly. Thanks to Steve and John for a job well done. We have more work to be completed and will definitely contact Urbano Electric again.

Two electricians came out and completed the work fast. They explained what the problems were and showed me what needed to be done. I would call them again if needed.

Good! Urbano was fine. The cost was $225.They?re very customer oriented. The owner takes great pride in his business. The people who came out although very young, when I first saw them I was like, ?are they going to be able to do this, they looked like they were in high school!? But, they weren?t of course. They were certified or licensed, whatever they had to be for the particular job they were doing. They did an excellent job and very courteous and very kind. 

Not really having anything else to compare the price to. It wasn?t $225. The total was $390, I had given them a deposit, so this $225 was the balance that was owed. I was satisfied with the service. So, I don?t really know what a comparable installation for the ceiling fan would have been. I know they had to do some rewiring and stuff in order to put it up. Why would I not use them again with all those ?A?s?! I had them twice in 2016.

Pricing was fair. Guys are so polite, helpful, on time.

Job went great. The office staff were incredibly kind and professional when we called. Steve and another guy showed up within a couple of hours of our call. They quickly identified the problem, installed a new junction, and then fished and reconnected the new wire. They were friendly and professional and I will definitely be using them again as future needs arise.

Both a ceiling fan and an attic fan stopped working. We checked for the obvious problems (tripped breaker, disconnected wire) but were unable to see a problem especially since both fixtures were on different breakers. We tried to contact 2 other electrical businesses to have the problems diagnosed and received no responses from them. So we tried Urbano. The initial appointment was scheduled for 6/24/16. The electrician came out on time on that day and found that electricity was running to both fixtures. So he took the ceiling fan off the ceiling and there was a spark which was a short due to a disconnected wire which was quickly fixed. The attic fan motor had to be replaced. The technician didn't have that and it had to be ordered. Another appointment was made for 7/1/16 and that repair was accomplished on time and quickly by 2 other technicians. The electricians seemed very competent and were clean and polite. The biggest plus was that the phone was answered at the office, appointments were scheduled and kept. This seems to a rare occurrence in today's world.

From start to finish Urbano was fantastic. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. We needed the work done quickly for the sale of our home, and they did their very best to accommodate us. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Called on a Wednesday and came out the next day.  On time.  Gentleman was very polite and professional.  Completed the job in less than an hour.  Looks great.  Would definitely use Urbano Electric again.
