Pat Cievo of Main Street Realty is top of the line. I've bought or sold about 10 house in my lifetime and dealt with some very good realtors and some not so great but Pat really invested himself in our sale. He staged the house for us because it was empty met many of our workmen at the house to check on jobs being done, provided us with names of local tradesmen that he had used when we needed them. Answered text and phone calls promptly even when he was off. He also offers a reduced percentage if he sells the house or if his office sells it, then regular percentage if another realty office sells it. He knows his business and worked with us in every way possible. It was a very involved sale and Pat never gave up and walked us through each dilemma. We couldn't have gotten through it without him.
