Pool and Spa Servicing
Horrible customer service. When we called 2 weeks ago to set up an appointment we gave them our location and set up a time for them to come out. They were suppose to come yesterday but after waiting around all day they had to reschedule to today. Then today after we have been waiting for a couple hours already they call and tell us that we are too far away. An address and location were given 2 weeks ago. We verified at that time that it wouldn't be an issue and we were told that because of our location we would be the first stop of the day. Why wasn't it an issue at that time? Or yesterday when we charged our credit card? Do yourself a favor and call anyone else before dealing with this scamming company. What a waste of 2 weeks
