This was and has always been a very good job all around for one of the worst things you spend money on,car repair. They called when they figured what was wrong and were very close to the estimate I was given on the phone. I started using them as they were the company AAA uses to tow my vehicles when in trouble. On that front they have been the best in saving someone in my family from a motor vehicle break down since I got AAA . I have referred my friends there because it is so hard to find a repair service and trust them. It also was my daughters car and everytime I have it in there I ask if they would go over the basics to make sure she is safe. Since our last visit the car drives better and we have had no other problems and the peace of mind knowing your daughter is driving an older car but feeling safe about her is very nice.

Bottom line: courteous and professional, mechanically competent, fair pricing, speedy service. Highly recommend. Check engine light had gone on on my 11-year-old SUV and was reading with a message something like, "engine running too lean." The guy gave me a detailed summary of the expected costs and the cost ended up being exactly as he said. I know a guy who can fix almost anything and when I ran through the repair and parts needed with him and he checked on how much he could get the parts for, my guy came up with almost exactly the same repair cost as I was getting from Fanelle's. The fact that I couldn't find a way to get it done more cheaply, and the fact that the final cost was exactly what I agreed to, makes me think I can really count on Fanelle's to be fair about their pricing. Once I authorized the repair, it was done promptly. Check engine light has now been off (not lit), for the last 4 months, so the repair has held up. Like I said up top, here's the bottom line: courteous and professional, mechanically competent, fair pricing, speedy service. Highly recommend and will definitely go back with future repair needs if necessary (as I have had a bad experience somewhere else).
