+ -1 moreWe have since decided to postpone re-roofing, since it's not leaking yet (ha!), but Frank will definitely be on our list to call when we do. He was very nice and came highly recommended by our Realtor.
Description of Work: I requested an estimate for a roof replacement. Mr. Donnelly came on a Sunday and called me back quickly with an estimate of $7,700, a nice surprise since my last estimate was almost $11,000! I asked him to put the estimate in writing, and he did, even hand-delivered it! He even walked me up and down my block to point out the different kinds of roofing tiles.
