 + -1 moreThey provided a completely wrong diagnosis. They put something incorrectly in the computer that was causing it to overheat. I had that replaced by another company and the computer worked just fine for several more years.
Description of Work: They diagnosed two bad hard drives in a computer they built for me years before.
