We've used this family owned and operated company a few times during the past six years for plumbing issues large and small. The old sump pump was inefficient, sometimes overflowed into the basement, and emptied into the back yard where the water was coming from. The owner, Jim, and the technician, Mike, came up with an excellent solution to route the outlet pipe through the basement and out through the front wall of the house. I requested they connect the pipe to the existing PVC pipe that drains the front gutters out to the street and they were happy to oblige and came up with an elegant solution. The high quality pump they installed will probably outlast the house. They dug a proper sump, lined it with stones and installed a new plastic tub. The whole project was completed in two days. Mike worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly and was willing to answer all of my questions and concerns.
