RQL LANDSCAPING

Bob and his team showed up on time as scheduled and they brought a large crew with them to cut down 3 very large trees and prune bunch of trees.  They spent the entire day cutting down the tree and removing the debris.  The tree cutter did an excellent job getting to all the branches I wanted to cut down and I'm very pleased with the results.

The entire crew were at the site until it was dark and cleaned up.  Highly recommended and great price for the work performed.  These guys actually showed up after no show from several other tree service companies bailed on me due to the 'storm' in October.

After calling Bob on the phone, we met with his foreman Joe at the house right away and went over the landscaping work needed.  He provided a detailed itemized written estimate with cost for doing all the work.  After agreeing with the work, he came over the very next day to begin the work cleaning up the yard.  Bob and his crew cut the lawn to prep for the clean up the next day.  They came over on Saturday and worked all day doing the work as agreed.  They raked up and took away all the gumball (spike balls) which was all over the place and many were deep in the ground.  They also cleared up shrubs, branches, and other debris off the entire property and took away.  I had large pile of shrubs I had cut up and didn't know what to do with and he took them away, in addition to trimming more overgrown shrubs out of the garden. The stump grinding was also performed on Saturday.  Bob brought over a very large grinder hitched to his truck and went to work.  Few landscapers who looked at the stumps didn't even want to mess with it but Bob went to town on them.  He setup shields to prevent the wood chips from flying everywhere and his crew cleanup up after the stump grinding.  His crew even moved over the wood chips over to areas I needed!  The smaller stumps ground down with smaller grinding machine.  Bob definitely had the right tools to get the job done. I had him also delivered 4 yards of compost last minute and he agreed to deliver and even spread into the newly power tilled garden.  His final work was fixing the retaining wall which was bulging due to roots/age and his crew did an excellent job resetting and making it look like new. Overall, I'm very pleased with Bob's work and his crew went the extra mile to perform some extra work we didn't even discuss to ensure the yard looked beautiful when the all the work was done.  His crew spent the entire day on Saturday to get the job done and get it done right.  I had several landscapers look at the job and went with Bob because he was very knowledgeable about the job to be performed, charged fair price for the job, and reliable based on initial contact I had.  I highly recommend RQL Landscaping and would definitely use them again.

The people from Rill come on a regular basis to care for our yard and I have never had reason to complain. They do what I ask of them and are detail oriented and polite. I would recommend their services to others.

THEY ARE RELIABLE AND CAN BE COUNTED ON UNLESS OF A WEATHER CONDITION. I CALLED THEM FOR SOME EXTRA LANDSCAPING THAT WE NEEDED DONE AND THEY SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY. THEY ARE TERRIFIC.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY. THEY DO WHAT YOU ASK AND COME IN ANY WEATHER. THEY ARE DONE QUICKLY AND THE YARD LOOKS GREAT. I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM.
