He was the worst person I've ever dealt with.  He broke one of my picture frames.  He originally did the work in January of 2011.  All of the trim in my house peels.  When you run your finger down the wall, the paint just comes right off.  He supposedly fixed it in may, but the paint still peels.  He didn't even tell us about the broken picture frame.  If he would've let us know about the broken picture frame, we could've either vacuumed or at least closely inspected the floor when we came home.  The only reason I knew about the broken frame was a chard of glass in my daughter's mouth.  He wouldn't respond to my calls or texts to get my key back.  He finally dropped the key off in my mailbox.  It's going to cost me a fortune to get eveything fixed.
