I get their bills at the beginning of every month. They are very good and I would rate them highly across the board. I have been using them for 15 years.

discussed my renewal rate with their rep and advised her I had a much lower offer from another provider. She lowered my service rate in order to retain me as a customer. Very responsive.

We've been their client for many years. The charges were rising up every statement (for the last year it was + $25.00). We started looking for new estimates. Another company gave us quote $30.00/mo (instead of $140.00 we paid!). They asked how much garbage we generate and noticed right away we don't need 2 yrd container. They recommended to downsize it to 64 gallon with twice/week pick-up. We liked the way new company customized the service to fit our needs. We decided to switch. When we informed Raritan Valley Disposal (RVD) they tried to negotiate prices. But we felt like all these years we overpaid for the service and they took advantage of us. How can we trust them? We paid for full month and asked to close the account as of new billing cycle. A week later my assistant went to put garbage out and found an empty lot. RVD removed container without notifying us. When we called they confirmed, indeed, your account is closed, even if it was paid till next month; They would refund us within 2-3 weeks. We found it plain rude and unprofessional they stopped the service without a curtesy to inform the client. We ended up scrambling to get immediate service - thanks to the company we are with today. Overall, the experience with RVD left a bitter taste in my mouth. Oh, we are still waiting for refund.... We would not recommend this company to do business with.
