Description of Work: Crown molding installation in living room and dining room. Mark did a fantastic job on the crown molding installation. High quality work, punctual and very personable. The experience was exactly what we look for in a contractor. Description of Work: Home Renovation, including:1. removal of 2 wall A/C units, upgrade electrical service to house and install new circuit-breaker box, install central A/C unit with exterior compressor unit and install all ductwork.2. remove wood-burning stove and exterior chimney, repair interior wall, frame wall for a new vented gas fireplace, install new wiring and gas supply line, repair interior walls and ceilings as needed with cement board and sheetrock doing all tape and spackle work, prime new sheetrock for painting, tile around fireplace, repair exterior wall and re-side with vinyl siding. 2. gut 2 bathrooms, enlarge and re-frame one of them, bring wiring and plumbing up to code, install insulation and lighted ceiling vent fans, repair sub-floors and prepare floors for tiling, install cement board in tub/shower areas and 'green' board in rest of walls and ceilings, install new tub in one and new shower pan in other bathroom, tile and grout both baths, install new vanities and toilets, new medicine cabinet/mirror, lights, and prime walls for painting.3. move interior, non-weight-baring wall and reframe closet to enlarge one bedroom and to improve traffic flow on ground floor.4. re-route hot-water heat pipes to upstairs bedroom to eliminate long run.5. replace 9 interior luan doors with solid pine, and 3 with birch slab or masonite doors, route/drill for hinges and knobs, install casings and reframe as needed, hang all doors and install all door hardware.6. build enclosure for A/C air handler unit in basement with a light and accordion door.7. replace sheetrock in upstairs hallway ceiling and install new attic/crawlspace access panel.8. remove all debris.9. obtain building permits, co-ordinate with the A/C technician, plumbers, and electricians throughout the project, and schedule all inspections.
