I responded to a coupon for an oil change and made an appointment.  start to finish was almost two hours.  unfortunately two hours for an oil change is commonplace at Muller.
while I was there they informed me that the throttle needed "service", the cabin filter was dirty, and there was a nail in the right front tire.  the throttle service is not a Toyota recommended service.  The cabin filter was replaced less than 10K miles ago.  I carefully checked the tire after I got home and there was no nail (only a tiny staple easily removed by finger).
I understand that Muller needs to pay for their extravagant repair facility, but it's their fault that they built a building that's not economically viable (and provides horrible access to Rte 31).  In any case they shouldn't come up with fraudulent reasons to have
customers pay for unnecessary work.

I've been going to them for awhile. They're not close to where I live, but they're the dealership where I bought my car, and they do a really good job. They do a good job. They take care of the car well. They're honest. Overall, their price is fair. The waiting area is comfortable and they have loaner cars, if it's going to be a big job that takes a few hours.

I bought an advance warranty for that car and now it's about 112,000 miles, and 112,000 is not under warranty. It usually runs about $40 to have the oil changed. I don't know if they do this to everybody, but because you're established there as a client, every so often they do a service like when they rotate the tires, the tires are rotated for nothing. The service department is a very responsive group of individuals. They really make it a pleasure to have a car serviced. I bought a number of cars in my lifetime and after a while you get a feeling for whether the people you are dealing with are interested in the product or just interested in selling your car, and these people are not those kind of people. They don't want to sell you something that's not right for you. They are attentive. They said the service department is unequaled. If I ask them to do a 90,000-mile service, they would say I won't have to do it, I got 96 I can only do the 6,000 mile on my car, and it cost half as much. It's not like it's by the book. Every single time I had my car serviced there, they looked at it pretty thoroughly, and came back with, This is the problem or this might be a problem, or the car's checked out go have a good time.

Slow, they are very expensive and the work that they did had to be serviced several times

I always bring my car to Muller Toyota. I buy my cars from them and I get service through them. They're there when I need them and seem to know what they're doing. They're very good. You can them, get an appointment and they do the work. I haven't had any problems with them.

I have gone to them for years. I would rate them A's on everything. They used to be on my way to work and they actually used to let me sit down at a desk and do work while I waited. They knew who I was when I walked in. Their prices are reasonable.
