"I'm terribly sorry you weren't happy with what we delivered per our contract, which was to produce a set of plans based off your wish list and then price it up. I wish you had called me instead of letting this build up. I sent you an email and a partial refund. Had we been given a budget to work with maybe that would have helped. Lesson learned. Again, my sincere apologies."
