Called at 9:30 am and was told someone would be at my house in 45 min. to an hour. At 10:30 received a call that they were running a few minutes late. At 12:45, I called to find out where they were. At 1:20 they finally arrived and completed the work. The work done was only mediocre but they did stop the water from running. I'll have to call in another plumber to complete the job.
