"First, we want to point out we did NOT do any work for this member. The member contacted us about remodeling her kitchen. We visited her house to talk to her and take some rough measurements. Afterwards we designed a layout of the work, created computer sketches, figured out some prices, and invited her into the studio. We spent about 1-2 hours with her in the studio. She wanted to make changes to the original layout. Therefore we designed another layout, created new sketches, re-priced the work, and invited her into the studio again. We discussed the proposed work with her for another 1-2 hours. Unfortunately, she was unable to decide upon the cabinet line, the finish, the door style, the countertop style and, most importantly, the layout of the kitchen. A short while later she called us and asked about updated prices. We told her that in order to give her a final price and breakdown of the work she would need to give us her final selections. She did not. That was the last contact we had with the member. Last, we want to point out we have been in business for 45 years and have completed countless jobs successfully. On Angie’s List there are favorable reviews of some of the other work we have done."
