 + -1 moreI called at least six contractors for a stucco repair job on my exposed porch. Sergey and another guy came out to my house from SJ Stucco and Stone. They took measurements and showed me lots of pictures of prior jobs. They offered to call references for me immediately. They gave me an estimate of $2500 to repair the inside and outside walls as well as the floor. They said that they only use STO materials, including an epoxy coating on the floor. I considered using them and they gave me a handwritten propsal that was hard to read and very vague. I decided to use another company who gave a very detailed and explicit proposal.
Description of Work: Estimate/proposal for stucco repair work to an exposed porch, plus repair to floor.
