Called at 7am and got a call back 10 minutes later and then they arrived by 10am.
They installed the new water heater in less than 2 hours. Very happy.

Snake Job: $75.00
Labor: $420.00 for 3 hours! This was not an emergency. That rate seems a bit expensive to me, although I am no expert.
Lastly, I asked them to call me before performing any services. They didn't. They just started the job.
Next time I will try and find a plumber with a more reasonable hourly rate.
Other than that, the job seems to be completed fine. The sink now drains.

THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT. THEY WERE ON TIME AND I FOUND THEM TO BE VERY RELIABLE THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS.
