Rich inspected the in-wall air conditioner that came with my house (very 1970's/1980's wood grain). He explained what was wrong (the coolant wasn't circulating, as evidenced by two frozen spots). He said he could fix it, but recommended buying a new A/C instead. I appreciate his honesty.
