"Im sorry to hear that but I did let you know that we need to change your appointment in the morning ahead of time. Its not like we came 2.5 hours later and you had no idea why. You did tell me its not a problem. Also like you told me your kitchen wasn't clean in 10-7 year but it was used frequently. Some areas like kitchen with a lot of dust and oil build up need additional cleaning to make it perfect. Oil build in cabinets and other areas its not going to get out in one cleaning. Plus they were late just because one of the girls saw just after emergency heart procedure.I feel really bad seeing this review, and I feel its real unreasonable but thank you for being our costumer."
