We also provide move in/out, after construction, spring/fall and any type of cleaning you might need. We are not a franchise, we are a local company! We provide honest, dependable, and quality service for all your cleaning needs. We supply all the cleaning equipment, so You don`t have to worry about vacuum cleaners, rugs and cleaning solutions. We care about You and the quality of our maid service. We have a friendly professional staff here to serve You in the office and in Your home. What I would have liked to do is be home myself to make sure I could watch the cleaners in action. I expect the “woman’s touch” when you walk into a house you just paid nearly $400 to get cleaned. They did clean all but one bedroom (that room they did manage to vacuum). Windows were wiped and some furniture. No furniture polish for that extra sparkle. No fluffing of pillows. No wiping down doors- still visible spots. And on walls. No bathroom was swept out. What I expected for a two man job. I got three people to come and wasted 3.5 hours without any illustrious glow left behind. A cleaning lady should always have a signature appeal, especially if it’s three at work. Not happy.

I pay them $40 a week. Everything is great. They clean everything that is obvious to them. Sometimes you have to point out at stuff. I would use their services in the future too.

I have been using this service for more that six months or so. Initially, 2-3 European ladies would come and clean my house once in 2 weeks. They would do a reasonable job. But since the last 3-4 months, the management seems to have changed, and now the cleaners do an extremely lousy job. Not only that, they continuously argue about what they will or will not clean, even though the management says I can ask them to do any job within the allotted time. I am not going to be calling them in future. Also, if the appointment is later in the day, they are rarely on time.

They did the job well. They had three individuals come to the house to clean. When I looked at the house, there were some areas that could have been cleaned just a little bit better. They were here on time and their quote was a little more than what we had agreed to over the telephone, but she had told me that it depended upon the size of the house and how much work needed to be done. I understood that. They came and they cleaned the house within a four-hour period, which was great that it didn't take the whole day. I think there were several areas that they could have double-checked to make sure that everything was double cleaned. They came within a week of when I contacted them.

I have been using My Cleaning Lady for about a year. They come once a month and clean my home. They do a clean and thorough job. They come on time and they make sure to call ahead to let me know that they are coming. I think they have a good price. I like that they are very close to my home.
