Mike Krenc Heating & Plumbing

Mike has provided us with replacing an old furnace and addressed the necessary additional parts needed to accommodate the new furnace. His cost to us was reasonable and came back immediately when we did something wrong and needed his skills to fix the error. He didn't charge us for the adjustments. This was a few years ago and I don't remember the cost but it was reasonable. 7/28/2011 Mike came the next day following our call for help with the drainage in our hundred year old house. He advised us of problems he might run into which could require costly repairs because of the lay our of our piping system but we knew that was possible and he gave us an estimate which we considered reasonable and gave him the "go ahead" to do what ever he had to do to clean out the drains from the upstairs bathroom to the kitchen sink and down in the basement. He had to replace a small pipe in the basement and removed a great deal of hair and other very nasty "stuff". Mike worked quickly and advised us of what he was doing and why. He was pleasant and cleaned up after himself.
