They do great work! He is very professional and was really a pleasure to work with. He made the experience a comfortable one and I felt confident leaving them at my home to do the work while I was absent.

They took measurements and said they would get me the estimate. I called him later on and he said that he had gotten behind due to illnesses in the family. He told me he would do it that next weekend and he never did.

We had an excellent experience working with Chris. The work was done a day earlier than expected, it turned out absolutely beautiful, and came in on budget. I don't have a lot of experience working with contractors, but Chris was great. He explained everything in detail and asked questions so he could do what we wanted. He even contacted the electrician to make sure he was leaving the hole for the light in the right place. We are very happy with this work and feel that we got more than our moneys worth.

My phone call was promptly returned, at that point an appt. was made so Chris could come and take a look at my bathroom in order to provide me with an estimate. He even called me over the weekend with a few questions he had so that he could make sure to provide exactly what I wanted in his estimate. We met again a couple days later and he took me step by step through the estimate and told me a few areas where the cost might be slightly lower or higher and told me that he would adjust the estimate if I choose more inexpensive or expensive fixtures. He even extended to me his contractor discount at the tile store! I hired Chris and he promptly began the work. He was on time, courteous, walked me through every step of the way and gave me different solutions to problems that popped up allowing me to make the decision. His craftsmanship, professionalism, and pride in his work was beyond what I have experienced with other contractors in the past. My job was completed in the 2 week timeframe he promised, which meant that sometimes he stayed later just to stay on the timeline. He took care to put up tarps and things that would protect the other rooms in my house from the dust and other constuction debries from the bathroom on top of him cleaning up everyday...at no point did he leave a mess behind for me to clean!! At the end of the 2 weeks my bathroom was complete and even more beautiful than I had hoped! This was the best experience with a contractor I had ever had and I strongly recommend anyone to use this company. In fact, I will be using him again in the fall when I plan on resheetrocking and painting my living room.
