Grove Plant Systems

We've been using Grove Plant Systems for about 4 years now. Bob is always on the mower, working along side his team. They are absolutely reliable and responsive to our specific requests. The monthly maintenance (weekly mowing, leaf blowing) for our property is $180/month.

The job went great, and we could not be more pleased! The landscape design worked beautifully, and really complements our home.
Bob was here working alongside his crew throughout the project (which happened to fall during a stretch of BRUTAL heat!). He accommodated last-minute requests and changes with good humor. He gave us great advice, and very specific instructions on how to care for our new landscaping.
We later found out that when he was in the neighborhood, he would stop by to check on the condition of the new plantings. He did so without our asking him to; most often, we never even knew he had been to the house! If he found something that was not to his liking he corrected it, and he gave us additional suggestions on how we might care for our landscaping differently or better. Fantastic customer service and a dedication to customer satisfaction!

.He prepares for spring. He starts in March and finishes in November. I have been very happy with his work.

They are prompt and courteous. They are reasonably priced. I will continue to use their service.

Bob came recommended to us by a family member. He spent considerable time talking to us about what we wanted, and he did a lot of research on his own on how homes similar to ours (a 1920's-vintage open-porch Colonial) had been landscaped in our area, because he knew that maintaining the home's character was important to us. He submitted multiple design proposals to us. When we selected one he provided us with a firm estimate. Work started when he said it would, and was finished when he said it would be. When he was finished, Bob took great care to explain to us how to care for the new plantings (we were hit with a heat wave just as work began!). Bob sometimes stopped by when he was in the area, just to check on how the new landscaping was doing, especially considering the heat. We would have never known that he was checking up on the condition of the work if he had not called us occasionally to tell us that he had been by and to tell us how he felt things were going, or to tell us to adjust how we were caring for the plants. That's what I call pride in one's work! After we lived with the plantings a few weeks, we wanted some minor changes made. He came, listened, made additional suggestions, and executed without complaint. Only when we were completely satisfied did he submit his final bill--for less than the estimated cost!
