They've been cleaning my house weekly for the last several months and started with an initial deeper clean. They are very professional and efficient. They work quickly and thoroughly and are responsive to any suggestions or changes I need to make. I'm very happy with my decision to hire them. They are also also truly nice friendly people who I completely trust with my home.

They were the best cleaning team I have ever had. Couldn’t have gone any better. Josephine and Roy pay close attention to detail and don’t cut corners. They listen to your needs, and if you don’t want to waste time or money on certain things they take note of that. Our house is like a hotel after today. I especially love how they clean every crevasse and even dust and vacuum the baseboards. And I also love that they use Murphy’s Oil on the hard wood floors. All the right stuff!

We've had our share of terrible cleaning services. Couldn't be happier. Very thorough, super professional and friendly. Josephine is very easy to get in touch with via email, phone or text. Roy and Susana were here to do the cleaning, and I felt very safe and comfortable with them in my home. Roy even asked if the way they put our throw pillows back were ok and the way I wanted them—very careful to try to leave everything in the places they found them, even though they moved everything to get into every crevice. Instead of just swiffering and moving the dust around, they vacuumed the furniture (with a gentle brush attachment), THEN swiffered, THEN polished. They removed all the couch seat cushions and vacuumed underneath the cushions (as well as all of the cushions themselves). The house also doesn't smell like it's full of toxic chemicals which is a huge plus for me. Will be hiring them for weekly or biweekly cleanings for sure.

Very happy with the job they did, and they’re willing to work with me on price, so that's a plus. Responsiveness initially was inconsistent, but since the job was done, I've not had any complaints. Followed directions and added a nice organizational touch.

Wonderful experience with Family Cleaning Services. I placed a call on Tuesday and someone came over later in the day to give me an estimate. The cleaning was done the following day. Josephine and Roy came on time and were friendly and professional the entire time. Roy moved the refrigerator forward and exposed more debris than I thought was there. They also cleaned the stove, dishwasher, cabinets, counter top and mopped the floor. They were efficient and thorough with every thing they cleaned. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend them.

Punctual and professional. The owners did the job. Josephine and Roy insisted that all dirt and dust leave with them and NOT be spread around with rags. They were thorough and efficient which was important when being billed by the hour. Roy washed the dining room floor (3) times until it dried looking like glasss! Check out the pic.

They have been coming to me every two weeks. It has been going great for quite a long time. I love them. It's all pre-scheduled. I would never change them. The price is a little high, but they are great for me. They come with a big team and do a good job.

It was a pleasure working with Family Cleaning Services. I called on Wednesday , someone was over to give me an estimate on Thursday and the cleaning was done in Friday. It was a lot of work but they remained enthusiastic and worked swiftly all through. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again. I was charged hourly.

They arrived at the time we had scheduled before and started right away after that with the cleaning. Dusting everything in my living room, cleaning the kitchen and the bathrooms. They even give water to my dogs

I got to say I'm very impressed. I needed to get the full house clean ready for an open house. My previous tenants left me with a huge mess that I didn't have time to clean and that's when I called Family Clean Services. I spoke to Josephine (very friendly) and she schedule me for an estimate the very next day. I met with Roibe on time (very on important) and I requested few thing that they normally don't do but Roibe was willing to work things out. We agreed on the price and it was up to them to deliver and wow they deliver. I was so impressed with their job that at some point I thought I was robbing them for the low price I got. After that, I used them on regular basis (bi-weekly).
