Used this company in 2013 to install a brand new Carrier central air system in 2013. After only 2 months, it was discovered there was a leak in the coil and all refrigerant completely depleted. After 10 days and at least one no show, they showed up to assess the issue.They received the replacement coil but wanted to charge me $500 to replace it (despite 3 year labor warranty written in the contract). Now, on August 5th 2015, the air is again not blowing cold air. We've left them 4 voice messages and 1 e-mail message advising of the issue since August 5th, and they have blatantly not responded. There is no indication of them being closed or "on vacation" on their outgoing voice message. Another hvac company has since come to diagnose the issue and determined that this replacement coil is also leaking and has depleted the system of refrigerant. So that's 2 brand new coils failed in less than 2 years.  Will never use this company again.

I looked up in Google for a local guy. He was the 3rd person came in and gave me an estimate. I have looked his former job samples that he showed me by pictures. This was good enough for me. I have paid some deposit upfront and the job has finished in less than 17 days.
