WE HAVE USED HIM BEFORE. HE DOES CLEAN UP AFTER HE IS DONE. HE HAS PEOPLE THAT DO PLUMBING AND HEATING. IF WE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS HE DOES ANSWER THEM. IF HE DOES SOMETHING THAT WE DON'T LIKE HE WILL CHANGE IT. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO OTHERS AND THEY LIKE HIM TOO.
