The products, service and the eagerness of the employees to assist me is excellent. I have been a member for about 12 years. I plan to continue shopping there in the future.

I did not have an appointment. I went with a prescription for eyeglasses. I was pleased with the 3 optomotrists I encountered in the 4 trips. First I got glasses and once I was more than satisfied, I brought my husband. We both asked if we could use our own frames. They charge $18. for your own frames and they came back better than when they were new. We are both sold. They were terrific, professional, caring. Our glasses came in in half the time given and the prescriptions were perfect. Adjustments were better than we've ever had before and we were told that if for any reason we weren't satisfied or our prescription changed within 2 months, the lenses would be replaced no charge.Our glasses were almost half the price we had been paying in "discount" eyeglass stores.

It's always good. It's always an enjoyable experience, the guy is really nice and it's always a good time.

The doctor I see is great, but the optical department is always slow. There are two different sections. You can get your eyes examined by the doctor in one section and then you can get your glasses as well as your contacts in the optical department. They are very helpful and good, but they are also very slow. They are very busy and that’s a nature of the warehouse stores. There is always someone there when you go in. I will be going back this week.
