The diagnosis was that I had a leaky toilet tank, he said that he would shut off the water so I could replace it when I got back. He required a 125.00 deposit to replace the toilet, plus a 600.00 fee to install a new toilet, and valve. When I got back I found out that the water valve was broke, something that this plumber should have looked at, when I returned home the entire house was flooded, I had a downstairs completely destroyed. Just because of a minor over sight I have now spent over over 4000, and I still have to replace all the sheet rock, ceilings and vanities. He did install the new toilet and it seems to be working fine, I just feel that the valve that he shut off should have been checked. My experience has been a huge negative, but he did show up and fix the valve as soon as I got back and installed the new toilet and parts as well.

City Plumbing & Heating Inc. is a disaster. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemies. The serviceman either did not know what he was doing or was trying to scam me into spending more money. As it was, after he left, the air conditioner leaked and ruined the ceiling below. He also did not glue the pipes together so it leaked again. The man came again and whatever he did didn't work again and we had leaks again. This is after we had already had the ceiling repaired and painted. I requested a different serviceman the 3rd time and he unclogged a pipe knowing that it would just happen again, and it did. I finally called a different plumber to come and see what was wrong and he said that they had hooked it up backwards, had left it sitting on rafters which would rot the wood and had water going into the emergency pan instead of the correct pan. They cost me over $9000 before everything was done over.
