Cerna's Fantastic Demos and Cleanouts

Military family needing to clean out storage unit we had for several years due to deployment. Jaime came out to the unit location to provide a quote for his services and gave a fairly decent price for the job. He was very attentive and professional. Would highly recommend for personal and business needs.

Jamie told me during our initial phone conversation and again when he came to look at the attic that he would protect the carpets and sweep the attic when he was finished. He did not protect the carpets, and only swept a small portion of the attic. (I have a huge walk-in attic) When he left, he promised to contact someone he works with to have the carpets cleaned, and even texted me her contact information. She never contacted me, and I reached out to her several times. When I was finally able to get in touch with her, she said she did not have the equipment to clean carpets. I sent Jamie a text, and he ignored me . I contacted Angie because I could not reach Jamie. They were able to get in touch with him, and he actually called me while I was on the phone with Angie. He promised to rent equipment to clean the carpets, but never followed through. I sent him several texts and tried to reach him by phone several times without success. He finally answered the phone when I called from another phone number, but said he would get back to me. I have not heard from him since. This speaks volumes about his integrity. We scheduled the appointment for 1:30 PM but he showed up at my house at 10:00 AM. He did come back in the afternoon, but did not finish until about 4:30. He initially told me that the stuff in my attic would fill his dump truck halfway. When he was finished, his dump truck was completely full. I think he overestimated the job and undercharged. In hindsight, I should not have paid him in full, but should have held some money back until he cleaned the carpets. I do not take pleasure in writing this bad review, but he did not loaf up to his promises
