Blue Diamond Cleaning Svc LLC

I have been with this cleaning service now for over 2 years. There are two sisters who come twice a month to clean my house. They do a wonderful job and if there is ever anything extra I need done, they will just quote me a price and I can decide if I want them to do the job or not.
They are very trustworthy and I have never had any problems with them coming in and out of the house on their own. They alarm the house when they leave and have their own key.
Very job well done by both sisters. I would recommend them to anyone looking for thorough and in depth cleaning.

Two people came to assess the job, give me a price and tell me about their schedule.  I called the next day, scheduled, left a key for them to do the work.  The came back later in the day to collect their fee.  They were professional, courteous and did a great job using eco-friendly products that were compatible with my allergies (since I live in the apartment above the rental).  I would definitely have them do another job in the future.

Cleaning lady comes every other week. Very thorough and trustworthy. She originally only came while I was home but now comes while I'm at work. I know I can trust her. Cleans my house top to bottom.

The two employees were professional, although they did not speak English very well.  They started their work after listening to their supervisor tell them what had to be accomplished and began to work inmmediately.  They went from room to room, cleaning all areas of the house.  If they had a question, they would ask a question and then continue with their work. 

They clean my 4 bedroom, 2 bath house every other week.  I love that I have always had the same cleaning person.  She is obviously very reliable and does a good job.   She has to deal with cat hair on all of the furniture and floors, and she vacuums up every last one.    :-)  It's great to come home from work and see and smell the cleanness.

The girls are very punctual (and willing to work with our schedule) and efficient.  They always ask if everything is up to par before they leave.  They are mindful of our two cats and are sure to not accidentally lock them in closets or in the basement.  For the price bi-weekly, they do an excellent job. 

We have used them a couple times a month for the last year or so. They do a good job cleaning. If they didn't do a good job, my wife wouldn't have them back. If we are still a customer of theirs, they are doing a good job. They move things that are in their way.

They were very accommodating in terms of scheduling appointments. They even spent longer in cleaning our home than they said they would.

When I called them there were 3 things that cut my attention. One is that the cleaning service is unique in the sense that they do not work by the hour and dedicate as much time as needed to complete the job. The second one is their motto: they strive for quality and trust. And the other one is their service is guaranteed. I was pleasantly surprised to confirm they these first two things are consistent with each appointment. For example on my first cleaning they spent 3 hours when I was told it could be 2 hours and at the end my place was spotless and smelled clean. Also they followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I am on a bi monthly plan and I've had them come in 3 times since September. I've tried other services (big companies - not sure if I can mention them) and I am happy with this one. I hope they maintain their quality and customer service
