basement remodeling
 + -1 moreExcellent all the way around. His price was considerably lower than another contractor who also installs Generac. The unit he installed was actually the largest in the Generac residential line while the other contractor was quoting a smaller unit. Workmanship was excellent. His subs were real professionals (with licenses). His electrician for my job is 2nd generation in the family business and both his son and his dad worked my job with him. Just the fact that the General Contractor got all the permits and dealt with zoning and construction officials was a big plus and demonstrated his reliability and professionalism.
Description of Work: Installed a Generac whole house generator and automated transfer switch. Evaluated installation site and estimated electrical needs to recommend appropriate size generator. Supervised his electrical and gas plumbing subcontractors on day of installation. Handled all local building permits and zoning requirements and was present for all compliance inspections. Provided me a run-through of all operating modes of the generator and provided guidance on periodic maintenance requirements. Provided generator and transfer switch.
