"Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your experience with us. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that you have encountered during the project back in 2016.We are currently in 2023, It has been 6 Years. We have no records of any incident during our guarantee period or after. This is the first time we are hearing of any matters regarding your project. We would like to assure you that our company takes quality and customer satisfaction very seriously. We have a team of experienced professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality services to all our clients. We are sorry you feel this way about Giovanny and the team. We have been a strong knit group for 16 years. Your comments of slander seems to be tied to something other than the related work We want you to know that during both the preliminary and final stages of the project, our work is constantly submitted to examination by the proper authorities, including the municipal inspectors. We take considerable care to make sure that our work complies with all applicable codes and regulations, if not exceeds them. We are proud to say that our work on your project passed all necessary inspections and was deemed to be in compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations. Regarding the issue of water leakage in your basement, we understand your frustration. However, we would like to clarify that our warranty for labor lasts for 1-2 years, and it does not cover damages caused by natural disasters such as hurricanes or floods. We recommend that you contact your insurance company to address the damage caused by natural floods since the property is located in a flood-prone area. Best regards, The A1 Capital Team"
"Heather, I must say that your statements are misleading considering the year we have had. We were able to complete many projects during 2020, which generated great reviews. These clients understood how challenging the year was and was patient enough to allow us to successfully complete their projects. As you are aware, we passed the insulation inspection on 1/17/2020 and the final electrical inspection on 02/26/2020. The final building inspection was pending since the inspector requested additional work on the steps. With your approval, we submitted the update request right away; the permit update was issued on 03/13/2020. At that point."
"We are currently disputing this rating from HomeAdvisor since the costumer wanted to complete an extra work not related or part of our contract and our company it is not register on that specific HomeAdvisor service category."
"We are sorry about this review specially because (consumer name withheld per their request) rated us 5 stars earlier this year. Our professional assessments indicates that we passed all rough and final inspections without delays. We were always on time and even adhere to our client time schedule. We even completed the project way before the time stipulated on the contract and got the final payment. As usual we provided extra details at no cost, we are surprised the client is upset about the tile work since it's the same work we did on the kitchen, using subway tiles and for which she gave us a 5 star review. To clarify any misunderstanding, we only returned once after the final punch list, which is normal in every project completed by any other contractor. We will certainly take this review into consideration for future professional service but unfortunately there are other factors that are out of our hands such as personal opinions and difference of characters. At the end our customers are always right and we thank you for your business."
