John was very responsive and provided excellent service. The prices were very reasonable and he provided great quality of work. I also appreciated him going above and beyond by fixing additional things he noticed that were not part of the initial ask. Would absolutely hire again - John was wonderful.

John was very responsive, answering calls, returning calls and showing up when he says he will. He was very willing to try and help me out when he was scheduled for vacation (didn't need to do that). Tile work was excellent, (old house, old tiles,etc.). I could not have done the work so well. He advised me on how to care for the tiles (do not use adhesive tape over the caulk, cleaning). Very pleased with work.

John was very responsive and cooperative. The overall time from estimate to completion of the job was under 3 hours. John was very detail oriented and did a great job. I would gladly hire him again.

was prompt in calling, was quick to come and review the job. Thought the job was expensive but needed to get the floor finished. He cursed and complained the whole time he was there (which was 4 hours the first day and 4 hours the second day) When finished, I was appalled to find that the 4 tiles were crooked and uneven with ledges that you can very easily trip or stub your toes on. He even had to repair another tile that he chipped (he glued the piece back?!?) should never have paid him. A few months later, one tile came up. He "repaired it" but refused to fix the other crooked tiles. Less then a year later, all the tiles are loose. Refused to fix them, had to take him to court. would never use him again nor would I recommend him. he might be good to do a light repair job but he far from the expert he claims to be. At $1,100.....I could have had my whole kitchen done. never again! Company name should be Custom Scam Tiles.

John Cherry tiled our kitchen backsplash, approximately 39 sq. ft. He came to measure and gave us a final price after we chose the tile/design. John is very knowledgeable and made some suggestions as to which tile is a better choice for a cook's kitchen. We wanted a backsplash that could stand up to cooking splatters. He let us know which tiles require more maintenance and which were easier to maintained. He was professional, on time and neat. . He's a true craftsman ... tile cuts are perfect .. and a nice guy too. The backsplash is beautiful!

The work was completed on time and excellently. He went beyond my expectations. I would have no problem recommending him for anyone. I intend to use him on another job in the near future.

Job was a great success in our view. We are very pleased with the work. Felt it was a bit expensive but quality work usually is.

John was wonderful to work with. He was upfront and honest about what work to do and what work not to do. He knows what he is talking about when it comes to tile. I would definitely use him to do tile work. The regrout was not very successful- as he explained would probably be the case.

We have never seen the professionalism and craftsmanship that he provided ever before. His artistry and communication was tremendous. He came on time and even called when he was a few minutes late. He corrected things that even the original builder did incorrectly. He is absolutely amazing! We have had 23 repairs in the last 2 years and he is easily the best. He cleaned up very well. They are very personable and very easy to work with. I cannot say enough about this company. He definitely exceeded my expectations.

The complete job took about 90 minutes. Afterwards, he cleaned up the area.
