All Jersey Mechanical and Construction

All jersey Mechanical & Construction 77 Cliffwood ave., Cliffwood, NJ is definately the most unprofessional, non-responsive, patronizing and vindictive (it became very apparent that each time i called to inquire about no shows they became very unresponsive and simply would not show at all) company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Hurrican Sandy wiped out the external condenser on my central air system. April 2013 the condenser was replaced and the central air conditioning system was working again. July 16th 11pm i returned home from a trip to find the central air not working. 630am July 17th called the contrator who installed the condenser. About two hours later he arrived, determined the freon had leaked, performed a leak test, determined the coil on the interior unit was leaking and advised he would send estimate for repair later that day (which he did).
I should have hired him on the spot but since i signed up with Total Protect (a home warrenty company covering major appliances) i contacted them, advised the problem and they said  All Jersey Mechanical & Construction 77 Cliffwood ave, Cliffwood, NJ would come between 1200 and 4pm (on July 17th) to determine/confirm the problem.  All Jersey Mechanical didnt show  up until around  7PM and advised the freon had leaked. I advied him that the contractor who installed the condenser performed a leak test and determined the coil was leaking. He said he didnt like to talk about other contractors work but that it looked as if whoever put in the condenser did not do a very good job and that coils often make noises that sound like leaks. He said he would seek approval from the insurance company in the morning to perform a leak test. Next morning ( July 18th) came and went without contact from All Jersey Mechanical. I called the Insurance company to inquire if All Jersey Mechanical was given the approval to perform the test and was advise that All Jersey Mechanical had been given the approval at aroud 10am and that they would contact me for an appointment. When i contacted All Jersey Mechanical to inquire when they might be able to perorm the test, i was advised the 'Mark' would call back. Not having heard from All Jersey Mechanical, around 3PM i contacted the insurance company to advise i had not heard from All Jersey Mechanical and was informed All Jersey Mechanical had advised them they would would perform the leak test between 9am and noon on friday July 19th. Around 6PM All Jersey Mechanical "Mark' finally called to advise he had 'just gotten the approval from the insurance company" and would do the work on Friday July 19th between 9am and noon. July 19th noon came and went with no one from All Jersey Mechanicalin sight. At around 1pm on July 19th i contacted All Jersey Mechanical to advise no one had arrived yet. I was advised they were backed up but that someone would come 'today'. I explained that i had a few errands to run and would appreciate some sort of a window. The  a young lady i was speaking with then replied 'AWHH' 'AWHHH' well "Mark" is not here right now but i will 'email' him. At around 6PM that evening i called the insuranse company to advise no on from All Jersey Mechanical showed up or even had the decency to call to advise when they might. The insurance company said All Jersey Mechanical advised they would not be able to do the test until Monday July 22nd and should have advised me of same. At this point i requested the insuance company to provide another vendor. It's July 23rd and am still waiting for repair. 
p.s. Unless you are willing to wait through a long bureaucrtatic process and can put up with delayed repairs i would not suggest signing up with Total Protect insuance.
