Good value...IF they show up. We contracted with Dave & Dan to do basic mowing/raking in 2016. The work was satisfactory, and was good for the price ($40 per cut every other week). However once fall came around, they did one leaf cleanup the first week of October and disappeared. I sent an email the first week of December asking if they were coming back, or were even going to do the "fall cleanup" that they have as a mandatory add-on in the contract I had to sign. Our town had stopped doing leaf pickups, so we were stuck. The reply from Dave & Dan was that they were still doing fall cleanups in mid December, and they didn't forget about us. We didn't hear from them again until they sent us a contract in February for 2017. The damage to our back yard lawn from the rotted leaves will now cost us a significant amount of time and money to repair. Needless to say, we're looking for a new landscaper.

They hired my friend to do a major snow removal over 5 ft. at a vacant house and pictures were sent before and after and no payment has been made and it has been over a year.  They received payment from the bank and kept what they received. I have sent over 25 requests and am always ignored.
