Reliable Tree Svc Inc

I contacted Ed from Reliable Tree Service in February 2020. I cancelled my first appointment due the Coronavirus emergency. When I contacted him again in May 2020 to reschedule he said he would come when he wanted. I contacted him a month later because he still did not come and he was extremely rude. He did not want to take a check and would not commit to a specific time. Plus he was very rude. I would not recommend this company.

Work crew were professional and friendly. They came on time and knew exactly what had to be done. Everything went exactly as it should have. No delays and the yard was entirely cleaned up. Would definitely hire them again. In fact I am saving up for another smaller project.

Work was done well and project completed thoroughly. Great care and thorough job!

Scheduling issues aside, we are happy with the service.

Not happy with them... not professional.

They provided an excellent level of service at a very good price. They were prompt and did the work carefully and quickly without damaging other plants and bushes on our property.  When one scheduled date was rained out, they set another date within a week and paid the cost for the additional parking permits our city requires.  We would definitely use them again.

Their price was not at all expensive for me for the work they did. They did all the work they said they would do. The one thing was that they had to really bring the branches and everything through my house as it was my backyard and as I have an attached house. So they were little clumsy in bringing some of those branches and couple of glasses got broken in it. But overall they did what they said they would do. They did quickly and in terms of time and the reason they said they would do was absolutely correct.

I contacted Reliable through their website to request an estimate. The owner, Ed Hufnagel, called me in the morning to get my address, and later that day called me at work from the front of my house. He told me they'd need to prune the tree by about 1/3 to 1/2, and quoted me $250. I believe this was the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend, so he said he'd be able to do the work probably by the middle of the next week. Just as he said, I arrived home that Tuesday or Wednesday to find the tree pruned and all the branches hauled away. I was very happy with the job they did, the friendliness and professionalism of the owner. (My husband was home when the workers arrived; he stopped them when they had pruned about 1/3 of the bulk because he thought any more would be too much. Ed checked in with him later on to make sure he was happy with it, and again told him he had planned to take off even more. But my husband was sure, so they left it as it was. I appreciated both their willingness to offer advice, but then to listen to what we wanted.) I had the checkbook with me at work, so they just left a bill in the mailbox. I was very happy with their service and their price, and would use Reliable Tree Services again.

THEY WERE VERY HONEST PEOPLE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WORKERS. I THINK THAT THEY DID REALLY GOOD JOB. I CALLED FOUR OR FIVE COMPANIES AND THIS ONE WAS THE BEST.

THEY ARE REALLY GOOD. THEY TOOK GOOD CARE OF EVERYTHING. THEY REALLY TOOK SPECIAL CARE TO MAKE SURE THEY DIDN'T RUIN MY FLOWER GARDEN. THEY WERE ALSO QUICK AND VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK.
