 + -1 moreOne unit was incorrectly installed, damaging the floor twice. The units were not equipped the Wet Switch despite the sticker on the front panel. Ivan will not return my phone calls.
Description of Work: Ivan of Rachel HVAC installed 4 units in my NYC apt.

 + -1 moreThe price they quoted was less than $100. When the bill came it was for $250. They had done much more work than I had asked them to do. They didn't contact me to ask for permission to do the extra work and just sent me the bill. Six months later the unit broke.
Description of Work: The were supposed to come do a spring tune-up and routine service on my system.
