OVERALL, THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. I WAS ABLE TO GET BACK INTO MY APARTMENT WITHOUT HAVING TO CHANGE THE LOCKS AND KEYS. THE LOCKISMITH WAS SYMPATHETIC AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. ONCE HE ARRIVED, THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED IN LES THAN FIVE MINUTES THE SERVICE WAS NOT INEXPENSIVE, BUT PARENT GOT THE JOB DONE PROFESSIONALLY.

I had to wait a while for them to come. When they were here they were able to open the lock without damaging it. They had good up to date equipment. They saved a lot of money since I did not have to replace that lock.
