"Thank you for your comment. As you are aware we resolved the issue you initially called about which was the pipe leaking in the kitchen wall. The matter of which you are referring to in your review was a separate issue in a different location. We identified this second issue with our due diligence upon a separate service visit at no additional cost. At that time you were not prepared to compensate us for that service. When you are ready to proceed, we would be more than happy to return."
