I called Mr. Schemeley...he said he would be here in 30minutes and he was. He examined the interior and outside roof, got on the roof and sealed a vent that caused the leak and told me the type of interior paint to use to cover the stain. When I approached him with my checkbook his response was " no ma'am, I'm not charging you anything". I was shocked but wrote a check for a small amount anyhow.
