Quality Landscaping, Inc. is a full service company that stands by its name. We strive to give all of our valued customers the best products and service possible. We promote the idea that quality is never achieved by chance, that it is always the result of high intentions and sincere effort. We specialize in grounds maintenance care for commercial properties. However no job, commercial or residential, is too big or too small. We are always taking the necessary steps to continue to be a highly reputable company in the South Jersey area. We also offer a full range of residential and commercial landscape services. We can draw up landscape plans for homeowners as well as large commercial developers. Our Landscaping Department can provide you with custom landscape designs and installations. Some of our other services include hardscaping using E.P. Henry materials to create walkways and patios. Our Irrigation Department also specializes in fountain and pond installations.

"[Member Name Removed], We are very sorry for your recent experience with our company. We strive to give all of customers excellent service. Please keep in mind that the first time you called and said that the irrigation problem was still occurring after our visit, we were out the following day. Once we determined that we would need to return again we then told you that it would be the end of the week. Unfortunately, our schedules get filled up very quickly during the beginning of the summer. We are extremely sorry if the wait time was unsatisfactory. However, unless it is a true irrigation emergency where this is a flood or the water can not be shut off, we try to stick to our schedule to service our customers that were already booked in fairness to them. We are also extremely sorry if the office staff was unprofessional and rude. We will get to the bottom of who you talked to and they will be spoken with. No matter what the issue or concern is, our goal is to treat our customer with the utmost respect. We hope that you would give our company another try and we promise you will have a much better experience. We are also prepared to offer you a $30.00 credit on any future work. "Member, I am extremely sorry that you were unhappy with my company. After viewing this response, I have tried to contact you a couple of times to apologize and discuss what had happened. Also, I am interested in finding out what company you ended up using and hopefully having my employee speak to them so he can learn what he did wrong or was not finding.
