Appliance Repair
After a week, the dishwasher would not stop the wash cycle. The plumber that installed it(Lowe's sub contractor)told me to call him if I had any issues. I was told by the plumber to press a certain button after 2 1/2 hours to stop it. When I was still having issues with the dishwasher, he told me to go to Lowe's as the dishwasher had a defect. I was told by Lowe's that they were no longer responsible as it was more than 7 days after the purchase date. I was told to call the company who the warranty was through. The warranty company assigned a repair person to take a look at it. The man didn't even run the dishwasher one time to check it out. He said he would need a part, and would call me once it was in. I felt that Lowe's wasn't willing to work with me.

I was very pleased with the installers. They were very professional and did just an excellent job. The door is a good quality as well. I feel I received a fair deal in the price. They had a good selection at the store to choose from.
