When Dr. Joseph Gruber mis-identified my female dog as male, and then proceeded to argue with me about the effectiveness of his laser therapy, when I was complaining about not seeing results. I asked for another vet with more compassion and knowledge. After that, in the middle of the laser treatment, after 13 years, they dropped us as clients. And it was all because we were offended that Dr. Gruber couldn't take 2 seconds to check the chart, or god forbid, bend over, to tell what *** our dog was. He offered no alternatives and just huffed and puffed his way out of the examination room. These vets are not animal people, they are money people. They don't care about your pet, they care about making money. There are so many other, better vets in the area that will take the time and patience to treat you and your pets with the respect they deserve. We just want what's best for our animals, and these are not the people to seek help from. Literally, go anywhere else.

He is fine now. He was in the hospital for 2 days and they cleaned out the bladder stones and when he came home he was on a special diet for 6 weeks. I brought him back and they x-rayed him and the stones were gone.

Dr. Jeff was outstanding.  He treated our Jack Russell Terrier as if it was his own. He gave her a complete examination and administered all of her shots in a very painless and professional manner. There are several other Doctors at this location and at other times we have been seen by them. They are all very professional. My wife and I would not think of going anywhere else. We purchase our heart worm and flea and tick medicines from them also. (You wouldn't take your eggs and bacon to your restaurant and have them cook them for you, would you?) Chews Landing office staff are also very courteous and professional. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

Well until the office tries to force you to buy their meds for you pets. More expensive through them and they make it difficult to try to obtain meds through another source when you need prescription. Will never use them again. Pathetic when money comes before care of your pets.

They're a group of doctors, and they are very professional. You can always get in there right away with no long wait time. They are just really good! In addition, their pricing is reasonable.

They are wonderful. They are very good. The vet I use here is Dr Mark Ray. The other doctors are good too but it is just that I stuck with him. I have used these doctors for about 29 years and I have stayed with them. My cats are due to go there and I have to go there. One of my cats has diabetes and so they treat him for that and one has hyper thyroids and they treat him for that. One had a shattered leg so we took him there. I haven't gone just once a year. They are very good. They are very personable. They are just very caring and sweet. I dress one of my cats in blue and he was the one who broke his leg and has diabetes and when he would come in they would know who we were. They are always caring and always there for you. They are experts in their care and they don't let anything slip. Dr Ray puts his hands around you and hugs you. The last time when I brought my cat in to put him down my cat had brought up a little bit of blood and he said he would do everything for him. He showed me the x-rays and said we couldn't keep him any longer and we needed to put him down. Dr Ray also cried and they send you a sympathy note that they all sign. They are just wonderful people. Their price is the same as other people. When I first started going to them they knew I didn't have the money and my cat had diabetes and till he got stabilized he gave me a couple of free visits and a couple of visits at $10. I don't know if they do it for everyone but maybe because I was with them for so long. If you bring 2 animals at the same time they give you a discount.
